Deposit Requirement
A deposit % of the total project cost is required to secure your place on our project schedule. No work will begin, nor will your project be officially scheduled, until the deposit is received.
Quote Validity
This quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices and availability of materials are subject to change beyond this period.
Subject to Change
The initial quote is based on the current scope of work, material costs, and site conditions provided. Any changes to these—whether due to client requests, unforeseen site issues, or material price fluctuations—may result in adjustments to the final project cost. Any changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise. If your situation changes, please contact us to discuss options.
Payment Terms
Payment schedule will be outlined in your final agreement. Failure to meet scheduled payments may result in project delays.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
