My name is Jon Cedergreen—but my family and friends call me Noj. Why Noj, you ask? My younger sister gave me that nickname when she was just a toddler, and it’s stuck ever since! As a lifelong Central Oregonian, father of two amazing kids (also born and raised here), and an avid outdoorsman with two wild, lovable dogs, I pour my heart into creating spaces that feel like home.

We’re a family-operated business proudly based in Bend, Oregon, specializing in custom modern homes, unique remodels, and inspired outdoor living spaces. With over 25 years in construction and deep roots in the community, I’ve built strong relationships with some of the best subcontractors in the region—many of whom I’ve worked with for over a decade. This trusted network allows us to deliver exceptional craftsmanship with every build.
